The lecture was chaired by Dean Feng Hui, executive vice dean of the Qiushi College of Zhejiang w88 slot, special professor of the Qiushi College of Zhejiang w88 slot and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang w88 slot, Zuo Haicong, professor of the School of Law of the w88 slot of International Business and Economics and chief expert of the Institute of Foreign Law, Fu Jun, director of the Department of International Law of the School of Law of the w88 slot of International Business and Economics, assistant dean of the School of Law of the w88 slot of International Business and Economics and director of the editorial department of the "Economic and Trade Law Review", and more than 50 postdoctoral students, doctoral students, masters and undergraduate students of the college attended the lecture.

Director Feng Hui warmly welcomed Dean Peng Yue's visit, introduced Professor Peng Yue's outstanding achievements in the field of international law, reviewed the close ties between the School of Law of Nanjing w88 slot and the School of Trade and Law of the w88 slot of Trade and Economics over the years, and looked forward to the cooperation between the two schools in the future to produce more fruitful results. President Feng Hui warmly welcomed Dean Zhao Jun’s arrival and serving as the person in charge. He looked forward to further strengthening the ties between the School of Law of Zhejiang w88 slot and the School of Law of the w88 slot of Trade and Economics, and more cooperation will be available in the future. 

Director Peng Yue explained the concept and significance of the domestic interpretation of international treaties around the theme of "domestic interpretation of international treaties", the domestic interpretation practice of international treaties in foreign-related cases in my country, and based on his recent series of papers published in "Law Research", he put forward corresponding suggestions on solving the problems existing in the domestic interpretation of international treaties in foreign-related cases in my country.

Director Zhao Jun, Professor Zuo Haicong, Professor Fu Jun and Teacher Wang Lebing, as talkers, exchanged with Professor Peng Yue on the legal theory, path, method of the domestic interpretation of international treaties and the structure of judicial power involved in the interpretation, and put forward his own views. 

The students showed a strong interest in Professor Peng Yue's lecture and communicated with Professor Peng Yue through questions.
