Professor Ji Wenhuapoints out that the "Opinions" have achieved many key improvements compared with the 2014 version. First, the coverage range is expanded from provincial policies to various policies and measures formulated by local governments at or above the county level.

Professor Ji WenhuaIt also pointed out that in the face of the current instability and uncertainty of the international economic and trade system, it is of great significance to strengthen compliance construction. On the one hand, the issuance of the "Opinions" shows that the Chinese government continues to be committed to maintaining a rule-based multilateral governance system and fair competition, which will help promote more members to support multilateralism and resist unilateralism and protectionism.
