Article 2 This Regulation applies to graduate students, undergraduate students and higher vocational students with academic qualifications in our school and receiving general higher education.
Article 3 School punishment of students should adhere to the principle of combining education with punishment and matching the degree of fault with punishment, so as to ensure clear facts, sufficient evidence, proper procedures, and appropriate punishment.
Chapter 2 Criticism and w88 casino games login Punishment

Article 8 The school will be expelled from the school if the student is in one of the following circumstances:

(III) Violating public security management regulations and being punished for a bad nature;

(V) Plagiarize or plagiarize other people's research results, and the circumstances are serious;
(VI) Violating school regulations, seriously affecting the school's education and teaching order, living order, and public place management order, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals and organizations, and causing serious consequences;

Section 1 Actions and rulings for violations of the law

Article 13 If a student violates national laws and constitutes a criminal offence, he shall be expelled from the school.
Section 2 Actions and rulings for acts endangering national security and social stability
Article 14 Students participate in illegal activities such as illegal pyramid schemes and are given serious warnings and above.
Article 15 Students who participate in unauthorized gatherings, marches, and demonstrations will be given the above punishment.
Article 16 Students violate the Constitution, oppose the four basic principles, undermine social stability, disrupt social order, and are expelled from school.

Article 17 Those who intentionally harm others' bodies and cause minor injuries will be given a serious warning or above.

Article 31 Whoever engages in illegal business activities and violates national laws shall be transferred to judicial authorities for handling.
Article 32 People who are drunk and cause trouble shall be given the above punishment depending on the circumstances.
Article 33 Students who use computers, the Internet, etc. to conduct illegal activities, infringe on the rights and interests of others, and publish or disseminate reactionary remarks and bad information will be given a serious warning or a demerit; those who have bad impacts and serious harm will be given a punishment of probation at school.

Article 34 If a semester is absent from class for no reason, the school will give corresponding punishment:

Article 45 If students who violate discipline can actively recover their losses or effectively prevent the occurrence of harmful results, they may be given a lighter punishment or exempted from punishment.
Article 46 Pupils who violate discipline are indeed mentally ill or have no civil capacity or limited civil capacity may be given a lighter punishment or exempted from punishment.
Article 47 Other violations of discipline that are not listed in this section that can be given a lighter or exempted from punishment can be given a lighter or exempted from punishment after research and decision by the school.
Section 3 Severe punishment
Article 48 People who violate discipline refuse to admit their violations in the face of conclusive facts and evidence of violations of discipline and have a bad attitude maySevere punishment.

Article 50 Those who violate discipline and fail to correct their mistakes after repeated violations of discipline and education can be punished severely.
Article 51 Other violations of discipline that cannot be punished severely that are not listed in this section may be punished severely after research and decision by the school.
Section 4 Additional penalties
Article 52 Students who violate discipline were punished with the above demerits in this academic year, and the following penalties were attached:
(I) The student's qualifications to participate in the school and college for this academic year will be cancelled.
(II) The qualifications for school officials to send overseas exchanges and study abroad this year are cancelled.
Article 53 Undergraduate students are punished with probation and are disqualified from applying for a bachelor's degree.

Section 1 Investigation and evidence collection
Article 55 When a student is found to have violated discipline, the school designates special personnel (no less than 2 people) to conduct legal investigations and evidence collection, find out the facts, and make investigation records. The investigation record must be signed or sealed by the relevant parties.

Section 2 Review and Decision
Article 57 If a student needs to be punished for violating school discipline, if the daily behavior management and ideological and moral character are investigated separately by the Student Affairs Office, the Graduate Department, and the College of Vocational Education based on the student's ownership; if the study and examination style and discipline are investigated separately by the Academic Affairs Office, the Graduate Department, and the College of Vocational Education based on the student's ownership; if the public security, safety and illegal crimes are involved, the Department of Security shall investigate.
When the relevant departments of the school investigate students' violations, the student work teacher of the unit where the students who violate the discipline should assist in the investigation and do a good job in the ideological work of the students who violate the discipline.
Article 58 After review, if the facts of the violation are clear and the evidence is sufficient, the school’s competent department shall submit opinions on the proposed punishment in accordance with this regulation, inform the students to be punished, and inform the students to be punished that they have the right to state and defense.

Section 3 Delivery and filing
Article 62 The punishment decision shall be delivered directly to the punished student himself.
Article 63 If there is difficulty in directly delivering the punishment decision, you can also use the following methods to deliver it:
(I) Retention and delivery. When the school delivers the punishment decision directly to the punished student, if the person is not here, he or she can submit it to the adult relatives who live with him or her to sign for it.
(II) Delivered by mail. When there is really difficulty in delivering the punishment decision directly, it can also be mailed to the punished student through registration through the post office.
(III) Announcement is delivered. If the whereabouts of the student who was punished are unknown or cannot be delivered through other means, they can be delivered by announcement.
Article 64 The school is included in the archives truthfully and completely. For students who have been punished with the following demerits, who have shown positive performance or have outstanding deeds in the following year, the school may withdraw their violation materials from the student's own files based on the principle of "treating the disease and saving the patient", but not from the school's document files.
Section 4 Hearding and Appeal
Article 65 When a school intends to expel students from school, it shall inform the students to be punished in writing that they have the right to request a hearing. If a student intending to be punished for requesting a hearing, the student shall submit a written application for a hearing within 5 working days from the time of being informed, and the school shall organize a hearing within 10 working days after receiving the application.
Article 66 If a student has objection to the school’s decision to punish him, he may submit a written appeal request to the school’s Student Hearing and Appeal Handling Committee within 5 working days from the date of receiving the school’s disciplinary decision in accordance with the “Regulations on the Management of Student Hearing and Appeals of the University of International Business and Economics”. The school student hearing and appeal handling committee shall carry out a review work within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the complainant's complaint, make a review conclusion and inform the complainant.
Article 67 If students have objections to the school’s review conclusion, they may file a written appeal to the Beijing Municipal Education Commission within 15 working days from receiving the review conclusion.

Article 68 For other violations of discipline not listed in these regulations, corresponding w88 casino games login sanctions may be given in accordance with relevant terms.
Article 69 The school’s decision to withdraw or cancel the admission qualification shall be implemented in accordance with the “Regulations on the Management of Student Academic Registrations of the University of International Business and Economics”.

Article 71 The "above", "below", "within" and so on in the relevant provisions of this Regulation all refer to this number or this content.
Article 72 This regulation shall be implemented from September 1, 2005. The original "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of Students of University of International Business and Economics" was also abolished.
