Chapter 1 总 则

Chapter 2 Organization

Article 16 The w88 casino games login host shall fairly perform the duties of presiding the w88 casino games login during the w88 casino games login activities and ensure that the parties exercise their right to state and defense.
Article 17 Parties and other personnel participating in the w88 casino games login should attend the w88 casino games login on time, abide by the w88 casino games login discipline, truthfully answer the inquiries of the w88 casino games login host, and provide evidence in accordance with the law.

（3) The student intending to be punished for the facts, reasons and evidence, and may present relevant evidence materials to cross-examine the evidence presented by the investigators;

（5) The student intending to be punished makes a final statement;

Article 21 The school will study and decide whether to expel students from school based on the w88 casino games login report.
Chapter 4 Grievance Work Rules
Article 22 Students have objections to the following handling decisions made by the school involving the students' own rights and interests, and must start from the date of receipt of the handling decisionSubmit a complaint to the School w88 casino games login and Appeal Handling Committee within 5 working days.
(I) Students are punished by the school for warnings, serious warnings, demerits, probation, expulsion from school;
(II) Students are subject to the disqualification and withdrawal of students in accordance with relevant regulations.
(III) Other handling decisions that can be filed for appeals stipulated by laws and regulations.
Article 23 When a student filed a complaint, he/she shall submit a written application to the Student w88 casino games login and Appeal Handling Committee, and the application shall be accompanied by a copy of the school’s handling decision. The appeal application form shall state the following contents:
(I) Appeal the student's name, class, student number and other basic information;
(II) Matters, reasons and requirements for appeal;
(III) Date of complaint filed.
Article 24 The Student w88 casino games login and Appeal Handling Committee shall handle the difference within 3 working days from the date of receiving the appeal application:
(I) The decision will be accepted and the complainant will be notified at the same time.
(II) If the appeal materials are incomplete and they are filled within a time limit, and those who fail to make up for the time limit are deemed to have waived the right to appeal.
(III) The decision is not to accept the appeal due to the expiration of the statute of limitations or other reasons.

The investigation team has the right to inquire and investigate matters involving student complaints. The relevant departments and individuals of the school should cooperate in inquire and investigate.
Article 27 Student Complaint Investigation Team is generally5 or 7 people are composed of 5 or 7 people. The members generally include the school leaders in charge, the heads of relevant departments, and the staff of the school discipline inspection department, teacher representatives, student representatives, etc. related to the appeal.

Article 29 The Student Appeal Investigation Group submits a written investigation report based on the investigation situation and submits it to the school Student w88 casino games login and Appeal Handling Committee. The difference between the Student w88 casino games login and Appeal Handling Committee is made and a review conclusion is made:
(I) If the original processing decision is correct, the original processing decision shall be maintained.

The Student w88 casino games login and Appeal Handling Committee shall prepare a review conclusion when making a review conclusion.
Article 30 The Student w88 casino games login and Appeal Handling Committee shall deliver the review conclusion to the complainant in a timely manner.
Article 31 During the appeal period, the original handling decision will not be stopped.
Article 32 The complainant may withdraw the complaint before the Student w88 casino games login and Appeal Handling Committee makes a review conclusion. If a complaint is requested to withdraw, a written withdrawal application must be submitted.
Chapter 5 附 则
Article 33 This regulation shall be implemented from September 1, 2005.
Article 34 The Student w88 casino games login and Appeal Handling Committee is responsible for interpreting this provision.
Article 36 Hearings and grievance activities of other types of students outside the scope of application of these regulations shall be implemented in accordance with these regulations.
