Cao Shihai, Minister-Counsel of the Education Department of the Chinese Embassy in the Russian Federation, Professor Zapotkina, Acting Vice President of Foreign Affairs of the Russian National Humanities w88 online live casino, and Professor Yi Fucheng, Chairman of the Russian Chinese Teachers Association and Russian Dean of the Confucius Institute of the Russian National Humanities w88 online live casino, attended the opening ceremony of this competition and delivered speeches. This competition is divided into three parts: "The World One" keynote speech, Chinese talent display and improvised speech. David Ma (Карнашин Матвей Сергеевич) recommended by the Confucius Institute of Moscow State Language w88 online live casino won the championship.
