Chapter 2 Admission and Registration

Article 5 If freshmen find that they have diseases and are not suitable for learning on campus after a re-examination of their health status, they will be certified by the school hospital and the school hospital to be designated as a second-class A or above hospital (the same below) and approved by the school hospital to report to the admissions office. (II) Student transfers should be handled according to the following procedures:

1. Submit an application for transfer to the transfer school;

2. The transfer procedures of the school in this city can be processed by the transfer school by the transfer school by reporting to the Municipal Education Commission for approval;

3. Transfers across provinces and cities, with the approval of the two schools, the provincial education administrative department of the transfer area will be transferred from the provincial education administrative department of the transfer area to the provincial education administrative department of the transfer area, and the transfer procedures will be completed after confirmation of the transfer conditions; those who need to transfer household registration will be transferred from the provincial education administrative department of the transfer area to the public security department of the school.

Chapter 7 Stay off and resumption of school

Article 38 Stay break refers to the student status of a student who applies for some reason during school study and has been approved by the school or suspended from studying at school within a certain period of time as required by the school. If a student has any of the following circumstances, he/she is allowed to apply or leave school as required by the school:

(I) A person who is unable to continue studying due to injury or illness, and I apply for a leave of absence and confirmed by the school hospital in conjunction with the designated hospital;

(II) According to attendance records, if the total time for absentee class in one semester due to sick leave, casual leave, absentee class, etc. has accumulated more than one-third of the total class hours in one semester;

(Wedral) For some special reasons, the student himself applies or the school believes that he must leave the scholar.

Article 39 A student should apply for a leave of absence from school by himself. He may only be allowed to leave after the review and approval of the student's department and approval by the Academic Affairs Office. If the student himself has not applied for a leave of absence, but the school determines that the student will not take a leave of absence according to the diagnosis of the school hospital and designated hospital and relevant national regulations, it may require the student to take a leave of absence.

(Five) A person who resumes the school without the consent of the school will return to school to study without authorization during the period of leave. The school does not recognize the courses he is studying and will not be given credits. If the circumstances affecting the school's work are serious, the case shall be handled in accordance with this article (III);

Chapter 8 退 学
