　　(VI) The situation where spouses and children operate individual, private industry and commerce, or contract or lease state-owned or collective industrial and commercial enterprises, and are employed as enterprise supervisors in three-investment enterprises or as enterprise supervisors in foreign enterprises stationed in China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises stationed in domestic agencies. Other important matters that I believe should be reported to the organization can also be reported.

　　Article 4 The matters listed in Article 3 of these Regulations shall be reported in writing by the reporter within one month after the event. If the report cannot be reported on time due to special reasons, the report should be made promptly and the reasons should be explained.

　　Article 11 This regulation shall be interpreted by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist w88 slot of China and the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist w88 slot of China.

　　Article 12 This regulation shall come into force on the date of its publication.
