2. Perfect organizational structure

Zhiyuan's current structure is very reasonable. It mainly consists of the instructor group, the board of directors, the chairman's office and its four departments of human resources, academic development, interactive practice and information promotion. The guidance teacher group is mainly composed of the dean of the Business School of the University of International Business and Economics and teachers of the Department of Management. The daily affairs of the association are mainly responsible for four departments.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for the selection and training, appointment assessment and daily management of society members. At the same time, he is also responsible for information collection and integration, such as meeting minutes, organization of association information resources, etc.
