This conference was hosted by the Beijing International Law Society and hosted by the Law School of the University of International Business and Economics and Investec Law Firm.

The opening ceremony of the conference was hosted by Yang Kuan, secretary-general of the Beijing International Law Society, permanent associate professor and doctoral supervisor at Beijing Institute of Technology Law School. At the opening ceremony, Professor Bian Yongmin, Vice Dean of the Law School of the University of International Business and Economics, Wang Guifang, member of the Party Leadership Group and Full-time Vice President of the Beijing Law Society, and Li Shouping, President of the Beijing International Law Society, delivered speeches.

Vice President Wang Guifang emphasized the complexity of the current international situation and China’s important position in promoting the construction of the foreign-related legal system. She pointed out that in today's unstable and uncertain global environment, China must accelerate the improvement of its foreign-related legal capabilities to better safeguard the interests of the country and its people and promote the development of international rule of law.

President Li Shouping summarized the achievements in the construction of foreign-related rule of law in the past year, and pointed out the multiple challenges currently facing international law. He emphasized that international law scholars should jointly shoulder the responsibility of strengthening international law research and teaching and serve the country's foreign-related legal construction.

After the opening ceremony, the Beijing International Law Society’s “Investigant Republic Outstanding Research Achievement Award on International Law” award ceremony was successfully held. The Society awarded one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes for outstanding papers.

The keynote report phase of the conference was hosted by Liu Huawen, Vice President of the Beijing Society of International Law, Deputy Director and Researcher of the Institute of International Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Liu Zhiyuan, director of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Gou Haibo, deputy director of the Treaty and Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and E Defeng, the second-level inspector of the World Trade Organization Department of the Ministry of Commerce, delivered keynote reports w88 online sports bettingon the theme of the conference.

Liu Zhiyuan, Director of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, expounded on the important role and latest progress of China's procuratorial organs in the foreign-related rule of law with the topic of "Foreign-related Prosecution in the General Pattern of Foreign-Related Rule of Law". He pointed out that in recent years, procuratorial organs have taken the initiative to integrate into the collaborative pattern of foreign-related legal affairs and strengthen the top-level design of foreign-related procuratorial work.

E Defeng, the second-level inspector of the World Trade Organization Department of the Ministry of Commerce, gave a report titled "Comprehensive and in-depth participation in the reform of the WTO to create favorable international legal conditions and external environment." The report reviews the WTO's achievements since its establishment in 1995.
