Study together to watch "Educator Spirit"

The college distributed Xi Jinping's "On Education" to each participating teacher. At the beginning of the meeting, participants watched the special documentary "Educator Spirit". The documentary was guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on education since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, especially the important instructions and instructions on vigorously promoting the spirit of educators, and deeply explored the traditional Chinese teacher spirit, presenting a touching story and w88 style of famous educators and outstanding teachers who have a broad mind and a strong country.

System interpretation, experience sharing

Zhang Li, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Law, interpreted the work of the w88 and the requirements of relevant documents, and put forward three work suggestions. First, the w88 should understand the students' ideological characteristics, pay attention to improving students' enthusiasm and participation, open up communication channels between teachers and students, and be friends with students; second, we should make full use of the class platform to do a good job in class construction, and enhance the sense of collective honor and trust of teachers and students through class meetings, practical activities and other forms; third, we should open up all aspects of the "three-dimensional education", do a good job in working with teachers and students in the college, and work with counselors, professional teachers, etc. to form a strong synergy. Deputy Secretary Zhang Li also emphasized the importance of students' mental health and career development planning, and suggested that all class teachers do a good job in "one lifelong strategy" for students' growth, establish dynamic files, and pave the way for students' diversified growth.

Kong Xiangwen, an outstanding w88 representative of the Law School, shared his experiences and thoughts on the work of the w88 with the newly hired class teachers through real and specific cases. Teacher Kong proposed that we should combine "words and teaching" with "personal teaching", take professional learning as the guide and grasp, organize academic training camps, reading clubs, academic planning guidance lectures, etc., and implement each collective activity in practice and provide characteristics, so as to truly realize "relieving anxiety and focusing on majors", so as to continuously enhance class cohesion.

Communication and interaction

The newly recruited w88 teachers of the Law School, Zeng Licheng, Xue Yisa and Jiang Xiachu, exchanged speeches. Tang Xu, Chu Jishun and Liang Yueyuan, the newly hired assistants of the Law School, spoke in turn. They shared their experiences of serving as a w88 assistant for more than a month, and expressed that they will continue to play a good role in the future, always maintain close contact with counselors and w88 teachers, pay close attention to the dynamics of the students in the w88, patiently listen to the ideas and demands of the younger students, and continuously improve w88 cohesion with the cooperation with teachers and w88 committee members.
