Today, delegates from national foreign language and foreign trade colleges gathered at our school to visit the 9th Annual Meeting of the National Foreign Language and Foreign Trade College Student Work Cooperation Association. On behalf of all faculty and staff of the University of International Business and Economics, I would like to extend my warm welcome and sincere thanks to all leaders and representatives for their arrival!

Under the unified leadership, deployment and promotion of the school party committee, the student work department is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and inspecting the student work. In recent years, our school’s students’ work has been constantly innovating and developing with vigorous vitality, uprightness and high spirits. The student work team has actively practiced the student work concept of “all-round education, full-process education, whole-body and heart-to-heart education, and comprehensive moral education”, constantly expanding new content, constantly developing new ideas, and constantly creating new carriers. It has achieved outstanding work achievements in many aspects and fields such as enrollment, employment, student work team building, mental health education, work-study assistance, campus culture, student comprehensive quality training, moral education theory research, and formed a unique work model. Through effective ideological and political education for college students, the school’s talent training goals have been ensured, and the overall development and stability of the school has been effectively maintained.
After years of development, the participation of the National Foreign Language and Foreign Trade College Student Work Cooperation Association has become increasingly important, the degree of attention has been increasing, and the scope of influence has become wider. In the next three days, all deputies will focus on the annual meeting theme of "building a harmonious society and innovating student work in colleges and universities", jointly discuss and exchange new situations and new tasks of student work.
