Although the work functions of these four departments are different, their common characteristics in summer work are tight time, heavy tasks, and gritting their teeth to survive.

Logistics department is beautifying in multiple ways

The Teaching Building Management Center has long been prepared to enter Ningyuan Building to carry out w88. Therefore, as soon as the keys were received at noon on August 23, all the staff were in place on the 24th and checked the keys in each classroom one by one.
The Greening Center carries out flowers and plants planting w88 in the green space around the teaching building. Within 3 days, the lawn planting task with an area of ​​3,000 square meters and a thickness of 18 cm was completed.

The maintenance center dared to chew tough problems and completed eight major engineering projects in just a few dozen days of summer: the overall renovation of the second canteen, the second phase of the Zhongshui project, the circuit renovation of the entire Boxue Building, the paving and related projects around the Hongyuan Building, the transformation of the old garage into a computer classroom, the renovation of the third floor toilet of the Chengxin Building, the construction of the teaching laboratory of Zhixing Building and the construction of the communication center office, etc.
In addition to the fact that more students staying on campus need to maintain the normal operation of more than a dozen dormitories during the summer of this summer, the Student Apartment Management Center mainly overcomes many different difficulties from previous years in the preparations for new students. For example, temporary dormitories need to be equipped with up and down escalators and guardrails for beds; after the student bedding is changed from the unified purchase configuration of previous years to the students who bring this year's own, emergency plans must be formulated for students who are in trouble.

The heating center completed the order bid for boiler room renovation during the summer, and the underground part of the heat pipe network water balance control system designed to save energy has been completed. One of the two heat exchange stations has completed the removal of equipment and the other has completed the budget.
The Communication Management Center and the Telephone Bureau jointly installed 52 boxes of telephone lines for Ningyuan Building, 15,860 meters. The telephone line installed for Hongyuan Building has a total of 260 boxes, which is about 8 kilometers (79,300 meters).

The catering center used the summer to renovate the original financial canteen, paying special attention to comprehensive hygiene standards focusing on cold meat rooms and operating tables, and keeping a close eye on the dietary safety of all teachers and students in the w88. In order to achieve the construction period on the 27th before the freshmen enter w88, they will give workers 4 barrels of mung bean soup a day.

The transportation center used its own vehicle maintenance during the summer vacation, saving the w88 a lot of repair costs; in order to ensure the problem of using cars at the start of w88, they quickly completed the bus rental procedures when the w88 scrapped two cars but did not purchase new cars, and arranged more than 40 vehicles of various types needed for new students' military training.

The other centers of the Logistics Department were also conscientious and dedicated during the summer, and have done a lot of w88 for the smooth start of the new semester.
