Take this opportunity to give three opinions on behalf of the Party Committee.

1, Teacher w88 casino and trade unions have played an active and important role in the development of the school

The school party committee attaches great importance to the role of the double w88 casino.The main body of colleges and universities is teachers, and the development of faculty and staff is the basic work of school development. The school’s party and government leaders attach great importance to the development of faculty and staff. The teaching w88 casino and trade unions are important channels and platforms to reflect the interests and aspirations of faculty and staff.

Our school’s teaching w88 casino and trade unions have made significant progress, from focusing on welfare, entertainment and communication in the past to focusing more on democracy, participation and rights protection. Major decisions on school development, major livelihood issues that teachers and staff care about, and vital interests have been widely listened to the opinions and suggestions of the Education w88 casino and the Trade Union.

Teacher w88 casino and trade unions have established a proposal system to improve the quality of proposal work, and further put the concept of "concentrating efforts, making suggestions, and democratic school governance" into practice. In order to increase the enthusiasm of faculty and staff to participate in school management, the union adopts proposal training to help everyone investigate, refine and focus on the problems and effectively promote the resolution of problems.

The focus of trade union work is further tilted towards the front line of teaching and scientific research. This is also one of the other changes in the work of our school’s teaching w88 casino and trade union.ScenicProfessors serve as the chairman of the trade union. Second, the union work focuses on the development and interests of teachers, and holds activities such as the basic skills competition for young teachers, pairing of old, middle-aged and young teachers, and collective lesson preparation for young teachers to help young teachers develop. One is facing challenges of changes in the situation. At present, higher education is in an important historical opportunity period of transformation from a major education power to a strong education power.

Secondly face the challenge of diversified interest groups. With the deepening development of the market economy and the transformation of economic structure, the development of higher education institutions faces many new contradictions and problems.

Three is facing challenges in working methods. With the development of science and technology, the traditional way of organizing activities of trade union work has been challenged.

III,Promote the work of the Education w88 casino and the Trade Union with the spirit of reform and innovation

First, we must pay attention to human development and focus on solving problems. The teaching w88 casino and trade union are mass organizations that combine voluntarily with faculty and staff, and the focus of work should be on the development of faculty and staff.

The second is to promote democratic construction, and focus on everyone participating. Democratic school management is an important part of building a high-level university. Promoting democratic construction is not only about school affairs disclosure, college affairs disclosure, and party affairs disclosure, so that faculty and staff are informed, but also about faculty and staff actively participate and play a role in participation.

Third is to improve service level, focusing on the satisfaction of faculty and staff. First of all, we must strengthen learning and training, improve our ability to serve faculty and staff, improve efficiency and solve problems.
